Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Aim Heating & Cooling (Air In Motion Inc), you agree to these terms. We provide HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Baldwin County and Mobile County, Alabama.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide written estimates before beginning work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing is available for qualifying installations through our financing partners. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for the period specified on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Cancellations & Scheduling
We ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future appointments. Emergency service is available 24/7 at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
Aim Heating & Cooling’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are fully licensed (AL #07020) and insured.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baldwin County, Alabama.
