Confirm the service-call charge and request a quote for the diagnosis, repair or maintenance needed. For installation, request a free in-home estimate. Review the proposed work and price before approving it.

Follow your equipment guidance and existing agreement. If a maintenance visit is already due, contact Aim to confirm scheduling. New Petey’s Protection Plan covers one complete HVAC unit with two visits per year with general 19-point maintenance, 10% off repairs and priority scheduling. Choose $11.99 per month with a 12-month agreement or $131.89 for the 12-month base plan, saving one monthly payment compared with $143.88. Additional-unit charges are separate. The agreement automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration. Cancelling during the initial 12-month term makes the remaining annual-contract balance due immediately. Plan billing begins after the first visit. Existing members should confirm coverage and scheduling under their current agreement.

Tell Aim your equipment brand, model and symptoms. Confirm that the required service and parts are available for your system.

Review the diagnosis, equipment condition, repair options and replacement quote with Aim. Compare the proposed costs and expected service needs; system age alone does not decide the right option.
